Return Policy

Free Returns and exchange within 14 days from receiving your order. Only for defective items.

As every order at T-Pix is made on demand specially for you. When you place an order, we print and produce your item from scratch. That means no shelf stock, no pre-made piles. Just your order, made on demand.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size selection. We ask that you check your size carefully before ordering.

When We Will Make It Right                             

We stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship. If any of the following apply to your order, we will replace it at no cost to you:

  - You received a defective product (damaged material, manufacturing fault)

  - You received a printing defect (misprint, faded print, incomplete print)

  - You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong product)

How to Submit a Return Request

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

2. Send your order number and clear photos showing the issue through WhatsApp or Social Media.

3. We will review your request and we will fix it within 2-4 business days.

Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
